From 5th to 16th August, we’ll be away in Scotland supporting a 215-mile charity ultra run.
You can still place orders online as normal, but dispatch will be paused during this time. Orders placed between 5th and 16th August will begin being dispatched from Monday 17th August, in the order they were received.
The shop will remain open during our usual weekday hours, but we’ll be operating with reduced staff and will be closed on Saturday 8th and Saturday 15th August. Online collections will not be available during this period, although customers are still welcome to visit the shop and purchase items as normal.
Phone calls and enquiries will still be answered, but replies may take a little longer than usual due to reduced staffing.

Free Standard Delivery – available on all orders over £50.
Tracked Services – all orders are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 for full tracking and peace of mind.

Same-Day Dispatch – orders placed Monday to Friday before 2 pm are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2 pm are dispatched the next working day.
Larger Orders – parcels over 2 kg and under £50 may have variable shipping costs depending on size and weight.

Returns:
We want you to be confident when ordering from Thomas Touring. If you need to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Return Conditions – items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
Return Postage – the buyer is responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked postal service for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items – PCB units and combustion fans are non-refundable. These electrical parts are often misdiagnosed, so please ensure the fault has been confirmed by a qualified technician before ordering.
Damaged or Faulty Items – if your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us so we can arrange a refund or replacement. Return postage will be covered where necessary, and we may request photos to process your claim quickly.
