Thomas Touring is a small shop based in Cornwall, run from the same site as our family workshop, Thomas Auto Tec. Thomas Auto Tec has been going since 1973, carrying out MOTs, servicing, and repairs for over fifty years. That hands-on experience is what everything at Thomas Touring is built on. We work on vehicles every day, so we understand the parts we sell and the problems behind them.

HOW THOMAS TOURING EVOLVED

In 2007, we expanded into motorhome maintenance and repairs. As more customers asked for parts, accessories, and advice, it became clear there was a gap for a specialist retailer backed by genuine workshop knowledge. That demand led to the creation of Thomas Touring, first as an onsite shop and then as an online store, allowing us to combine decades of technical experience with a carefully selected range of caravan and motorhome parts, spares, and accessories.

How quickly do you dispatch, and how is it delivered?

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 3pm are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 3pm, or on weekends and bank holidays, dispatch the next working day. We ship to mainland UK addresses using Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48, and you get tracking once your parcel is on the way. Free standard delivery is available on orders over £50. Delivery times are estimates and can be slower during busy periods

Can I speak to someone if I am unsure which part I need?

Yes. If you are unsure, contact us and we will do our best to help you identify the correct part. Providing details or photos of your vehicle or the existing part can make the process quicker and more accurate.

What if I order the wrong part?

If you are unsure about compatibility, contact us before ordering and we will help you identify the correct item. If a mistake does happen, we will guide you through the returns process and help you get the right replacement as quickly as possible.

I can’t find the part I need on your website. Can you source it?

Often, yes. If something is not listed, get in touch and we may be able to source it. The fastest way to help is if you send the make/model, any part numbers, and a photo of the old part or label if you have one. We also provide exploded diagrams and parts lists for many common brands, and if you cannot find your exact model, you can send the model number and we will help identify the correct parts.

What if something arrives damaged, or develops a fault? Is it covered by warranty

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us and we will arrange a refund or replacement. Return postage will be covered where necessary, and we may request photos to process things quickly. Warranty depends on the item: many products have a stated warranty period (for example, some items show 12-month or longer warranties on the product page). Keep any warranty paperwork that comes with the item, and contact us if you need help with the next step
