Caraloc 640 Complete Right Hand Door Lock is a heavy-duty habitation door lock assembly for caravans and motorhomes. It is supplied as a complete kit with exterior and interior handles, fixing screws, an MC barrel and two keys, ready to replace a worn or damaged original lock.
Designed to fit doors approximately 24–32 mm thick, the 640 lock is widely used by caravan and motorhome manufacturers and provides a secure, practical replacement that restores smooth operation of the main entrance door.
How to check you need a right hand lock:
Stand outside your caravan or motorhome facing the door.

If the hinges are on the right and the lock is on the left, you need a right hand lock.

If the hinges are on the left and the lock is on the right, you need a left hand lock.

Tracked Services – all orders are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 for full tracking and peace of mind.
- Tracked 48: £3.45
- Tracked 24: £4.25
- Same-Day Dispatch – orders placed Monday to Friday before 3 pm are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3 pm are dispatched the next working day.
- Larger Orders – parcels over 2 kg and under £50 may have variable shipping costs depending on size and weight.

Returns:

Non-Returnable Items – PCB units and combustion fans are non-refundable. These electrical parts are often misdiagnosed, so please ensure the fault has been confirmed by a qualified technician before ordering.
