We provide fast, reliable delivery across mainland UK, with same-day dispatch available on weekday orders placed before 3 pm.

Free Standard Delivery – available on all orders over £50.

Tracked Services – all orders are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 for full tracking and peace of mind.
- Tracked 48: £3.45
- Tracked 24: £4.25
- Same-Day Dispatch – orders placed Monday to Friday before 3 pm are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3 pm are dispatched the next working day.
- Larger Orders – parcels over 2 kg and under £50 may have variable shipping costs depending on size and weight.

Returns:
We want you to be confident when ordering from Thomas Touring. If you need to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Return Postage – the buyer is responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked postal service for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items – PCB units and combustion fans are non-refundable. These electrical parts are often misdiagnosed, so please ensure the fault has been confirmed by a qualified technician before ordering.

Damaged or Faulty Items – if your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us so we can arrange a refund or replacement. Return postage will be covered where necessary, and we may request photos to process your claim quickly.
