What’s included

Fabsil Tent & Gear Cleaner – A sponge-on cleaner that lifts off mud, dust, pollen and other grime that can reduce breathability and water repellency. Ideal as a first step before applying any waterproofing treatment.

Fabsil Universal Protector 1 Litre – A high-performance silicone-based waterproofer suitable for a wide range of outdoor fabrics, including tents, awnings, garden furniture covers, soft-top roofs, boat covers, gazebos, parasols and more.

Expandable application sponge – Makes it easy to work the cleaner and proofer evenly into the fabric.
Suitable for use on
Nylon, polyester, cotton canvas, hessian, mohair, Ventile, polycotton, ripstop fabrics and most breathable membranes such as eVent and GORE-TEX*.
Usage tip
For the best results, pitch your tent or hang the fabric somewhere sheltered and give yourself a couple of dry days. Clean first, allow to dry fully, then apply the Universal Protector and let it cure completely before packing everything away.

Tracked Services – all orders are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 for full tracking and peace of mind.
- Tracked 48: £3.45
- Tracked 24: £4.25
- Same-Day Dispatch – orders placed Monday to Friday before 3 pm are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3 pm are dispatched the next working day.
- Larger Orders – parcels over 2 kg and under £50 may have variable shipping costs depending on size and weight.

Returns:

Non-Returnable Items – PCB units and combustion fans are non-refundable. These electrical parts are often misdiagnosed, so please ensure the fault has been confirmed by a qualified technician before ordering.

Damaged or Faulty Items – if your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us so we can arrange a refund or replacement. Return postage will be covered where necessary, and we may request photos to process your claim quickly.
