International Delivery
For international orders, please contact us with your full delivery address and the items you’d like to order. We’ll check the available shipping options and provide a quote.

Supplier-shipped items
Some specialist or larger items are shipped directly from our suppliers and may use different couriers and delivery times (for example, next-day courier or pallet delivery). When this applies, the delivery details for that product will be clearly shown on the product page.

Returns:

We want you to be confident when ordering from Thomas Touring. If you need to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

• Return Conditions – items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

• Return Postage – the buyer is responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked postal service for all returns.

• Non-Returnable Items – PCB units and combustion fans are non-refundable. These electrical parts are often misdiagnosed, so please ensure the fault has been confirmed by a qualified technician before ordering.

• Damaged or Faulty Items – if your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us so we can arrange a refund or replacement. Return postage will be covered where necessary, and we may request photos to process your claim quickly.

For any questions about returns or refunds, please get in touch with our team. We’re here to help.
