• Tracked Services – all orders are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 for full tracking and peace of mind.

• Same-Day Dispatch – orders placed Monday to Friday before 3 pm are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3 pm are dispatched the next working day.

• Non-Returnable Items – PCB units and combustion fans are non-refundable. These electrical parts are often misdiagnosed, so please ensure the fault has been confirmed by a qualified technician before ordering.

• Damaged or Faulty Items – if your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us so we can arrange a refund or replacement. Return postage will be covered where necessary, and we may request photos to process your claim quickly.
