Truma S3002/S3004 Magnet Inset Mini 30030-12200 is a genuine Truma spare part used on Trumatic S3002, S3004, S5002 and S5004 heaters. It is intended as a like-for-like replacement for the original magnetic insert on these heater models and should be matched against the existing part or the Truma parts list for confirmation before ordering.

Tracked Services – all orders are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 for full tracking and peace of mind.
- Tracked 48: £3.45
- Tracked 24: £4.25
- Same-Day Dispatch – orders placed Monday to Friday before 3 pm are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3 pm are dispatched the next working day.
- Larger Orders – parcels over 2 kg and under £50 may have variable shipping costs depending on size and weight.

Returns:

Non-Returnable Items – PCB units and combustion fans are non-refundable. These electrical parts are often misdiagnosed, so please ensure the fault has been confirmed by a qualified technician before ordering.

I made a mistake with my ordering and I rang the company on Saturday the person who answered the phone as so helpful he checked to see if the order had come through and it hasn't but as he was not in the office I said I would ring Monday which I did my order was placed and the item arrived on Wednesday what a great company to deal with.
